Feeling a bit jittery or body aching from a night dancing under the stars, then some stretching in our Jellyfish Field is just for you! Join in for some morning yoga, or take a reset with one of our restorative classes to get you back on your feet again. 

See the world anew by joining a SUP Yoga class or choose being cocooned in silk in one of our Aerial Yoga sessions if it’s something new you’d like to do. For those keen to keep up with their daily routines there’ll be beach fitness on Mussel Beach in the mornings or a wild run to blow the cobwebs away. The world really is your oyster!
