First up in our ‘Meet the Chef’ series for Rock Oyster 2025 is Richard Bertinet. Originally trained as a baker in Brittany, Richard has been in England since 1988 and is now very much an Anglophile. He has reached extraordinary success in multiple areas of his career including being named BBC Food Champion of the Year in 2010, winning awards for 3 of his published books and opening his very own cookery school, The Bertinet Kitchen.
We caught up with Richard ahead of our second line up announcement next week!
