At Mini Yoga we are passionate about helping children to improve and develop their physical and emotional strength and awareness through practising yoga. We aim to help to develop strength, flexibility and balance whilst also improving concentration and mindfulness as well as increasing their confidence to enable them to live calmer, happier lives.
Mini Yoga is based in North Cornwall and is fully inclusive, offering yoga to children ages 4 – 12 through a fun, engaging and safe environment where children are encouraged to participate to their abilities.
