“In honouring the complexities of human nature, we come to understand there are many routes home”. This sentiment is at the very heart of Still Wyld. A space to sink into our authentic presence in a way that resonates alongside our personal evolution. Mila (founder of Still Wyld) has been offering dynamic and creative wellbeing experiences for over 20 years. Mila is a qualified Meditation and Drama for Wellbeing Practitioner, Yoga Nidra instructor and a Dynamic Movement and Red Tent facilitator.

Nature and nurture are often combined in the sessions you will find here, some of which have involved one to one sessions in the jungle of North Thailand, Red tent gatherings along the Pai river, Ecstatic movement in Malaysia, Candle lit yurt meditations, Forest immersion, biodegradable earth altar sessions and the much loved “Floating Meditations”.

This year at Rock Oyster Festival Mila will be inviting us into the loving arms of a Ceremonial Cacao Journey. Cacao is a sacred, healing and heart awakening plant medicine that improves cognitive function, alleviates stress and anxiety, neutralises free radicals and creates a divine and loving environment within the body.

Cacao speaks to, and through, those who truly listen with their hearts and who honour her with integrity. A truly divine interaction with this plant medicine brings us into a deep and still awareness of our interconnected nature, guiding us into depth without fear and leaving us feeling held, nurtured and warm from the afterglow. A beautiful way to reset, realign and realise that when we lovingly commune with nature we sink into our most authentic way of being.

This journey will be held with gentle respect and appreciation for the origins of Cacao, the indigenous people that brought this sacred plant into our consciousness and for mother Cacao who guides us into her presence. Still Wyld uses ceremonial grade Cacao that is ethically sourced from indigenous growers on family owned plots of land in the central highlands of Peru. These farmers belong to the first, all indigenous cooperative to be founded in Peru. This ancient strain criollo Cacao is 100% organic and raw.
