A rising star in the British food scene, Andrew Tuck is acclaimed for his infectious food pyrotechnics. In the 2023 series of ‘Great British Menu,’ representing the South West, he not only impressed the judges but also achieved an outstanding top score of 39/40 for two of his competing courses, elevating his culinary prowess to a national level of excellence.

Andrew’s culinary journey began with a childhood love for food, nurtured during fishing trips with his father. He later had the privilege of learning from esteemed chefs like Ben Quinn and Simon Stallard, fostering his passion for open fire cooking. In a busy year, Andrew not only showcased his skills on ‘Great British Menu’ but also authored his first cookbook. Additionally, a special collaboration set to be announced early next year promises an array of big flavors, abundant seafood just a stone’s throw from the sea, and, naturally, an abundance of fire and smoke.
