Teaching in her dynamic, ever-evolving style Karly’s main yoga influencers over the years have been Iyengar yoga and Ashtanga yoga with particular attention to alignment, strength, and flexibility – Not just of the physical body but the whole self; mind, body, and spirit. She strongly advocates the healing powers of embodiment and breath awareness and passionately shares this throughout her teachings.
