Rick Stein Kids’ Cookery School will be on hand to teach our Little Fish skills designed to inspire and engage the young chefs into the world of cookery. This masterclass will be lead by Rick Stein’s Cooker School’s Head Lecturer Chef, Nick Brown.
About Nick Brown
Nick first joined the Rick Stein’s Cookery team in 2001 and what he doesn’t know about fish isn’t worth knowing. After working his way up to Head Chef at St. Petroc’s Bistro, including a good few years as Sous Chef at our flagship, The Seafood Restaurant, he took the lead at our cookery school in 2016. His passion for seafood cookery is truly infectious.

Suitable for children aged 11+ years. Children 11+ years can be dropped off at masterclass and collected at the end subject to parent/guardian approval. Customers must have a valid Festival ticket.
