Hanna Brunt has been practising yoga for over 14 years and teaching for 3 years. She teaches Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal, Child and Teen yoga.
Having just returned from Sri Lanka, where she was teaching full time, Hanna takes inspiration from yogic philosophy and movement from the natural world to teach creative flows and facilitate classes that look to inspire and build confidence. Passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga through asana, pranayama and meditation to all ages, she looks to empower students, motivating them to build strength and flexibility.
