Jack Bristow is head chef at Nancarrow, a 100-acre organic farm in Cornwall. Nancarrow has been farmed by the same family since 1782, receiving organic status from the Soil Association in 1999. The farm produces its own Red Devon beef, Suffolk lamb and Tamworth pork for the table, as well as running a productive kitchen garden, butchery and larder.
Jack and the team at Nancarrow have developed a next-generation farmhouse kitchen, putting on year-round dinners and events. The farm and their fire pit inspire each menu. As happy on the farm as they are in the kitchen, Jack and the Nancarrow team are committed to celebrating the whole of each beast, alongside what’s best in the garden and hedgerows at that moment.
