Brisket Bros

Home smoked meats on super crispy skinny fries or longhorn smashed beef patties on Marks Cotswold Bakery semi brioche buns.

Created in 2022 Brisket Bros started smoking their own brisket and pork in an imported wood fired smoker. Using pronominally oak, the meats are smoked for roughly 14 hours and then pulled before being served on Marks Cotswolds Bakery semi brioche buns or topping our Tubby Toms seasoned fries.

Brisket Bros have a great deal of pride in using Huntsham Farm Longhorn Beef mince for their burgers. Each burger is cooked to order “smashed” on our plancha grill, seasoned then topped with American cheese and steamed for the perfect, juicy finish.
